Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. However, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at info@scentsoflegends.com to arrange an exchange.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@scentsoflegends.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
